HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2006-042 N.C.S. 03/20/2006 Resolution No. 2006-042 N.C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE NEW CAMERA VAN FROM 3-T EQUIPMENT COMPANY, PETALUMA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $141,117.68 WHEREAS, as part of the 2005-2006 Vehicle Replacement Program, the Water Resources and Conservation Department identified a need for a new camera van; and, WHEREAS, the funding for the new camera van is available from the Vehicle and Equipment Replacement Fund; and, WHEREAS, staff developed specifications and bids were solicited from responsible vendors; and, WHEREAS, after reviewing the bids, staff recommended that Council accept the low bid from 3-T Equipment Company, Petaluma, in the amount of $141,117.68.. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of one new camera van from 3-T Equipment Company, Petaluma, in the amount of $141,117.68. Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
