WHEREAS , the PETALUMA POLICE OFFICERS ' ASSOCIATION submitted
a low bid for the providing of security services for the SONOMA-MARIN COUNTY
FAIR, which services are to be furnished by members of the association during
their off-duty hours
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Petaluma authorizes the 'PETALUMA POLICE OFFICERS ' ASSOCIATION to execute
a contract with the 'State. of California to provide security services by
members of the association during their off-duty hours ,
under the power and authority conferred;vpon this Council by the Charter of said City.
