LOCAL 'AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION' S PROPOSED METHODOLOGY
CRITERIA FACTORS AND POLICIES' 'FOR ESTABLISHING CITY
SPHERES OF INFLUENCE

the City Council of the City of Petaluma on the 19th day of° June 19 72
BE IT RESOLVED THAT
WHEREAS the 'Sonoma County Local Agency Formation Commission
has presented a study and proposed methodology, criteria, factors
and policies to be used in establishing city spheres of influence
which this Council approves in principle;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the 'City Council of
the City of Petaluma declares that it supports in principle the
aboveTmentionedreport and directs that the Mayor , the City' s Repre-
sentative to LAFCO, so state to that body.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to
• forward a copy of this resolution to LAFCO.
