RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME TO COMPLETE McDOWELL;:BOULEVARD`:_ if? �� UNDERGROUND, UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 e INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN --�� - ' i �`' A Regular ' At xK16 ;axrmaal Meeting of the City Council of the City of Petaluma on the 7th day of August 1972 WHEREAS, the said Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company has run into difficulties and is unable to complete the conversion to underground facilities as referenced by Resolution No. 5569 N.C.S . , and has requested an extension of time which this Council finds appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all poles , overhead wires , and associated structures shall be removed and underground installation made in said underground utility district, with the following time schedule : (a) Underground installation by utility companies and property owners and reconnections not later than September 15 , 1972 ..
