HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 90-376 11/19/1990~es~l~t~~l7 N®. 90-376 N.C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California RESOLUTION DECLARING EQUIPMENT SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE THEREOF AMBULANCE BE IT RESOLVED that certain equipment listed below is declared surplus to the City's needs and is no longer required by the City, and has some value, and BE IT .FURTHER RESOLVED that the equipment is described as a 1981 Ford "Stoner" ambulance, Unit B-93. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is hereby directed to sell and dispose of same by bid, by public auction, or by private sale, as he deems appropriate in the matter and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3.12 of the Petaluma Municipal Code. Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
