APPROVING EXTENSION OF 1990 ALLOTMENTS

l~ WHEREAS., Courary Club Estates L"snit 3 Subdi~~sion was granted 73 - 1990 aliotrner_ts
i=1 pursuant to the Residential Grt~wth Management System Ordinance in 1989 by the City

7 WHEREAS, Section 17.26.070(F) of the Residential Growth Mana~ernent System

WHEREAS, staff has determined that six months is ample time to complete processing the
application; and
WHEREAS, the tentative map submitted showed only 6~ of. the 73 allotments granted will
be used by the subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby extends the
forfeiture deadline of December 31, 1990 to June 30, 1991 for 6~ - 1990 allotments granted
to Country Club Estates Unit 3 based on the following findings:
1. A draft Environmental Impact report has been completed for the project and will
require additional time beyond December 31, 1990 for Council review and action.
2. The project has particular characteristics that have made processing more difficult
and lengthier than normal.
3. Due to the complexity of the project, the draft EIR took longer than normal. to
complete. .
