the City Council of the City of Petaluma on the day of
WHEREAS ,' a petition in proper form has teen' filed requesting the
annexation of territory hereinafter: more particularly described, and
WHEREAS ,: on September. 6 ,: .1972 .the :Sonoma' County Local Agency: Forma-
tion Commission held a public hearing on the 'proposed annexation and by
its Resolution No. 245 approved the Proposed annexation designated as
"Petaluma' I Street Annexation" and
WHEREAS ,. :this Council finds that all of the property owners within •
the :territory proposed to be: 'annexed have 'signed the petition for annexa-
tion.
NOW,. THEREFORE ,. BE IT RESOLVED as follows :'
1. This. Council sets:: Octbber 24, ,1972. .atthe hour of 7 :30 'P.M.',
Council Chambers , City Hall, Petaluma, :California as :the time and place
to receive written pro'te'sts against the proposed annexation.
2 . The territory :proposed to be annexed is designated as "Petaluma
I .Street Annexation"' and is more particularly described as follows.:
