Commissioner Asselmeier: Asked,for clarification of the impact fees to be paid by the developer for this
portion of the Southgate project. •
George White: Will have a discussion with the developer and senior City staff regarding any agreement with
the City for paymentof.impactfees and will report to the City,Council which impacffees will be applied to
this portion Of the project.

Motion:To forward a recommendation to the City Council to approve a tentative subdivsion map and an
amendment to the Southgate Planned Unit District to construct 26 affordable single family homes within the
Southgate Residential Development.
