If no appeal is made within that tune,'the decision shall be final..An appeal shall be addressed to the Council in
writing and shall be filed with the City Clerk: Said appeal shall be accompanied by the appeal fee as specified by
Resolution 2002-114-N.C.S. as adopted by the City Council.The appeal shall state specifically the grounds for
the appeal and the relief sought+by-the appellant.

attachment D;and the additional,draft condition-which:will include I.requirement;of purple pipe for common.
space landscaping for the entire project;2..Lots 72&•16& 139 are re-design,to include conitiiiinmty gardens
and/or additionaropen space; 3.the applicant be required to submit a new'landscape plan for the median strip
on Casa Grande fronting the entire prolect;4:the applicant provide a push button activated crosswalk as
describe in the staff report;5.-the demolition permit for()AILS Group not be issued until they can fmd and
secure new location for their operation;6: SPARC look at landscaping design forfrontage'on Casa Grande on
the project side 6. SPARC look at the configuration of the paseos to allow for maximum width;light exposure
and greenscape 7.to:inlcude the,dedicate parkand common open space as recommended in the staff report
