Also, the Planning Commission's recommendation included the flexibility to eliminate one of the shared parking spaces at the turn- around, to flip the house plan at lot 11 to reduce pavement abutting the Derby property line, and 3 Planning Commission Minutes 5-12-09 to increase the planting area between the turn-around and the Derby property line.
