RESOLUTION GRANTING. A CERTIFICATE OF
PUBLIC '.CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO
RICHARD STEVENS, PRESIDENT OF D AND K
ENTERPRISES , TO OPERATE A TAXI SERVICE
IN THE CITY OF PETALUMA

WHEREAS , Richard Stevens , President of D and R Enterprises , has
applied to this Council for a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity to
operate a taxi service ,. which application has been passed upon by the Police
Chief, the Traffic Committee and the Planning Commission, and it has been
found that the requirements of Chapter 24 of the Petaluma City Code of 1958
have been met;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that a Certificate of Convenience'
and Necessity to operate a taxi ,service. in the City of Petaluma is hereby
granted to Richard Stevens upon the following conditions :
1. That the taxi stand be located at 128 Kentucky
Street;
2 .. That the charges for taxi service be as hereto-
fore established by 'Counoil Resolution;
3. That the taxi service be operated pursuant to
the provisions of Chapter. 24 of the Petaluma
City Code of 1958; and
4 . That the Central Permit Bureau issue a Certifi -
cate of Convenience and Necessity upon receipt
of the certificate of insurance 'required by
Chapter 24' of the Petaluma City Code.
under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
