RESOLUTION. ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF WORK
REQUIRED IN MONARCH PACIFIC SUBDIVISION UNIT #9

the City Council of the City of Petaluma on the 18.th day of October 19_71
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council hereby finds that all of the street work,
ewers , drainage, water system, and other' work required to be performed under
that certain Subdivision: Agreement dated March 9, 1971, .between ATLANTIC and
PACIFIC BUILDING CORPORATION, designated and called, "Subdivider, " and the
CITY OF PETALUMA, designated and called the , "City, " have been completed to
the satisfaction of the City Engineer , in accordance with -the requirements of
said agreement, and that all fees required to be paid,therefore, have been
paid.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby accepts and acknowl-
edges the completion of the improvement work referred to herein, subject to
the following requirements :
1. The subdivider shall post a $13 , 000 maintenance
bond and $1 , 830 monumentation bond;
2 . The subdivider shall clean the streets and repair
all damaged sidewalks within the subdivision until
the construction of houses has been completed.
under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
