AN ®RI)INANCE ®F THE C®UNCII. ®F TIIE CITY PETALUMA AiJTH®RIZING A LEASE ®F DEAL PR®PERTY LOCATEI9 WITHIN THE CITY ®F PETALUMA PACIFIC BELL 1VIOBII,E SERVICES Introduced by Councilmember Seconded by Councilmember Matt Maguire David Keller BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Certain real property located in the City of Petaluma, County of Sonoma, State of California is hereby authorized to be leased under the terms and conditions set forth in the Temporary PCS Communications Site License Agreement by and between the City of Petaluma and Pacific Bell Mobile Services, which license agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign said. license agreement which is for use as a PCS communication site .located at the Shollenberger Park parking lot further described in Exhibits "A" and "B" to the License agreement. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to post the Ordinance for the period and in the manner required by the City Charter. INTRODUCED and' ordered posted this 3rd day of February, 1997.
