Resolution No. 2025-001 N.C.S.
of the City of Petaluma, California
RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY COUNCIL LIAISON APPOINTMENTS FOR 2025
WHEREAS, the process for Council appointments is outlined in the City Council Rules, Policies, and
Procedures; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with section VII(G), the Mayor notified the Councilmembers and/or
Councilmembers-elect on December 13, 2024, of all upcoming openings for Council representation on City,
County, regional and other outside commissions; and
WHEREAS, Councilmembers and/or Councilmembers-elect notified the Mayor of those positions they
would be interested in serving on for the upcoming calendar year; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor provided their recommendations as to the appointments; and
WHEREAS, the Council considered the Mayor's recommendations at their regular meeting of January 5,
2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Petaluma hereby:
1. Appoints the liaisons as listed in the attached Exhibit A to this resolution for calendar year 2025.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
