provide, stating translating those services to the Police Department is 34 unacceptable. 35 36 Susan Simons, Volunteer, Petaluma Animal Shelter, spoke about her concerns 37 regarding the potential elimination of the animal control officer position. 38 39 Charlie Reinhart, Owner of Unleashed Dog Training, spoke on her concerns 40 regarding the potential elimination of the animal control officer
