Previously established radar enforceable speed zones, for which the 17 traffic and engineering survey are still valid are hereby expressly approved as speed 18 limits for the streets to which they apply. 19 20 Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish/post this ordinance for 21 the period and in the manner required by the City Charter. 22 23 IF ANY SECTION, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase or word of this ordinance is 24 for any reason held to be unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such 25 decision shall not affect the validity of tlle remaining portions of t}iis ordinance.
