Certain real property located in the City of Petaluma, County of Sonoma, State of California which was purchased specifically for recreation purposes, is hereby authorized to be leased under the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease by and between the City of Petaluma and Redwood Empire Sports Associates, Inc., which Lease is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference and the City Manager is hereby authorized to sign said Lease which is for the use of a softball complex. Section 2. The City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to publish/post this ordinance for the period and in the manner required by the City Charter. Mci~Iamara in February T987, a preliminary copy of a Record of Survey showing said monuments is in the office of the County Surveyor in fiIe R/S 90-055.
