The City of Petaluma placed the City Water Filter Plant located on Manor Lane out of service as of October 1, 1992. 29 Section 2. The City of Petaluma adopted the 5-year CIP for water system 30 improvements on October 9, 1992 which included the Lawler system abandonments. 31 32 Section 3. The real property owned by the City of Petaluma located on Manor Lane 33 (Assessor's Parcel numbers 017-090-06, 017-090-07, and 017-090-08) and more particularly 34 described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein is considered surplus land and 35 is hereby authorized to be sold. 36 37 Section 4. The 13.04-acre real property parcel owned by the City of Petaluma located 38 upon Sonoma Mountain and consisting of the Lawler Reservoir and embankments and which is 39 more particularly described in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein is considered 40 surplus land and is hereby authorized to be sold. 41 42 Section 5. It is deemed to be in the best public interest and for the common benefit of 43 the Ciry of Petaluma for the .City to sell this property in the manner stated above as provided 44 by Government Code section 37350 and the City Charter~: 1 Ord. 1948 NCS Section 6.
