BE IT RESOLVED THAT the bid and offer of American LaFrance
whose address is 868 Burlway Road, Burlingame, California ,
dated December , 1964, offering to sell to the City of Petaluma fire hose
for the Fire Department, in accordance with the City's specifications as set
forth in the Notice to Bidders, which said bid is the best offer filed by a
responsible bidder in response to the Notice to Bidders, duly published, be
and the same is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other bids filed for said fire
hose be, and the same are hereby rejected, and the City Clerk is directed to
return all bidders' bonds or checks accompanying said bids to said unsuccess-
ful bidders, and that the check accompanying said successful bid be returned
to said successful bidder upon the transfer and delivery of said fire hose
to the City.
