AN ORDINANCE APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN FOR THE CITY
AS OWNER OF LOT 6, PARCEL MAP 247
IN THE CITY OF PETALUMA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA as
follows:
The City approves the lot line adjustment between Lot 6, City property, and Lot 7,
Petaluma Marina Business Center, of Baywood Parcel Map 247, and the City Council
for the City of Petaluma hereby authorizes the Mayor to sign for the City as owner of
Lot 6 within Baywood Parcel Map 247.
