27 Mayor Thompson adjourned the meeting to Closed Session in the City Manager's

19 The following members of the public spoke during Public Comment.:on the issues

22 Bill .Hammerman, 929 Pepperwood Lane, regarding 'INET and the A.T.&T.
23 review. •

25 Terence Garvey, 83 Maria Drive, regarding the water recycling facility.

27 Jane Hamilton, 110 "G" Street, asked that Council state their position regarding
28 Lafferty Ranch Park before the public during the public hearing portion of the
29 meeting. .

31 David Keller, 1327 "I" Street,. announced meeting dates and times for both the
32 County Board of Supervisors and the Petaluma City Council, ;independently of
33 each other, to re-hear the 11th Amended Agreement issue (Amendment 11). '

37 Council Member Torliatt asked the Chair to keep the public hearing open until
38 after the second meeting,took place.

40 The Council members concurred.

42 Council Member Healy stated the public would have an opportunity. to speak
43 whether it was under public comment or at a continuation of the public hearing.

•' 1 'Vice Mayor Cader-Thompson announced an event the Sea Scouts scheduled to
2 raise money for the family of Wayne Kipp, former Harbor Master, who was
3. murdered in December 2000. She also announced the dates of the Redwood
4 Empire Gymnastics'group upcoming competition.

6 Council Member Moynihan announced the upcoming Traffic Committee Meeting
7 and location and asked that the Council Meeting be adjourned in memory of
8 Joanne Ricc, who had recently passed away.

10 Mayor Thompson announced that the meeting would also be adjourned in
11 memory of Martha Matson, Supervisor Mike' Kerns' mother-in-law, who had
12 recently passed away.

2 revision by the. Planning Commission incorporating the designation of Open
3 Space Park for the Lafferty Ranch site;

5 (3) The final Lafferty Ranch Park Management Plan, based on the No Grazing
6 Alternative;

8 (4) The•Mitigation Monitoring Plan for Lafferty Ranch Park, and

10 (5)CEQA findings of fact and statement of overriding considerations.

12 The Council requested that City Management provide it with information relating
1,3 to the costs of the proposed project as soon as available. The Council
14 consideration of the matter was.,continued to a later date, estimated as late June
15 2001 (notice will be provided to interested parties).
