8 Dorothy Skinner, Petaluma, spoke regarding the possible elimination of the two animal control
9 officers. She is very concerned because the animal shelter is already short-staffed, and the
10 officers help out at the shelter when needed and educate the public

12 Alden Hennings, Petaluma, spoke about burnt out street lights, which he has brought before the
13 Council previously.
