She was involved in a collision, a medical incident at PVH, and subsequent incident in the parking lot afterward. Her demeanor during all three incidents In the parking lot, she had three issues: I told her to "shut her mouth and listen," which she claimed was illegal; I pushed her and touched her breasts with my hands, which I did not; and I grabbed a hold of her wrist when she pointed a pen within inches of my face, which I did. Everything was captured on several BWCs. I wrote an informational (20-2438) and completed a preemptive BT "Supervisor Complaint." She came to the PD later, which Suhrke dealt with, and indicated she would be filing a complaint and be speaking with an Lt in the morning. All the details are in the reports. We had a separate UOF due to WRAP application (20-2436). No injuries were sustained.
