Instructions:
20-2263 Use of Force for review. I conducted a post UOF interview with
the suspect. I explained the circumstances of the CFS and asked if she
understood why she was contacted. She told me she " 100% saw my
point of view." She saw the police at her driveway and knew I was a
police officer. She did not believe she had to comply with my orders
because she "was not guilty of anything." I asked her if she was injured,
and she replied, "No I'm not." She was cordial and apologetic during the
interview.
