Instructions:
20-2438... Supervisor Complaint for review. Although the involved
female made no mention of a complaint, she did claim she would be
making money from a civil suit. Therefore, I completed this report.
Basically, she alleges I illegally told her to shut up and listen, pushed
her, and touched her breasts with my hands, all while implying racial
overtones. I did not push her nor touch her breasts, and she was the
only one making any statements about her African American race. Her
mother was present and told her I did not push her. She then called her
mother an Uncle Tom. This incident was captured on BWC from various
angles.
