speeds set out in the attached-`Exhibit As

A Traffic Engineering-and Speed Survey;is, required to permit
radar- enforcement of speed limits on.cert°an City streets..
Traffic Engineering and Speed Surveys ,have been conducted f'or the
streets listed in tlae attached Ordinance and are-summa-sized
below, The Traf'fie. Engineering Speed''Survey is prouided as
.Exhibit A. The figure shown in parerithes'es below are previous y
established speed limits.. The speed zones are:
1. Caulfe `d Lane from McDowell Boulevard ,South to
Crnella,Drve shall be `35 (30) miles per hour.
2. Caulfield Lane :from Crinella Drive to Ely Boulevard
South sha`11 be 30 (30) miles .per 'hour.
3. Corona Road 'from US 1.01 Freeway to McDowell Boulevard..

CERTAIN. ARTERIAL AND COLLECTOR STREETS
IN THE CITY OF PETALUMA
BE IT ORDAINED"BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That pursuant to the California Vehicle Code
22357, 22358, and 2235.8.2 the radar enforceable speed zones on
the following petaluma city Streets are hereby approved., for the
speed set out in. the attached Exhibit A:
1. Caulfield Lane from McDowell Boulevard South to
Crinella Drive shall be 35 (30) miles per hour.
2. Caulfield Lane from Crinella Drive to Ely Boulevard
South shall be 35 (30) miles per hour.
3. Corona Road from US 101 Freeway to McDowell Boulevard.
North shall be 35 (4.0) miles per hour.
4. McDowel-l Boulevard North from Cleeg Street to Corona
Road shall be 45 (40) miles per hour.
5. Wilson Street from Lakeville Street to Madison Street
shall be 25 (30) miles per hour.
6. Webster Street from Hayes Lane to Bodega Street shall
be 25 (30) miles per hour.
Section 2. Previously established radar enforceable
speed zones, for which traffic anal engineering surveys are still
valid are hereby expressly approved. as speed limits for the
streets to which they apply.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish/post this ordinance for the period 'and in the manner
required by the City Charter.
