Re: SPARC Appointments
I have known and socialized with Jack Rittenhouse for many years and recommend him
highly for appointment as a SPARC member.
As a builder who must appear before design review boards from time to time, I
understand the importance of practical experience in this process. Jack will bring
common sense, extensive experience, and knowledge of zoning laws and the general
plan to SPARC.
Most importantly Jack has theability to see the big picture. He can interact with staff
and applicants in a proactive, professional manner while at the same time not micro-
manage. I anticipate that Jack will provide expert guidance while not attempting to "re-
design" projects.
Your selection of John.Rittenhouse to SPARC will be a positive addition to this board,
which can improve its professionalism and help speed decision making.
Sincerely,
McDevitt & McDevitt Construction Corp.
