Seconded by Lynn Woolsey AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1500 PETALUMA BOULEVARD SOUTH PETALUMA, CALIFORNIA BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Petaluma as follows: Section 1. The real property located at 1500 Petaluma Boulevard South, Petaluma California, is hereby authorized to be purchased under the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement entitled "Purchase Agreement", attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. The City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to publish this ordinance for the period and in the manner as required by the City Charter. INTRODUCED and ORDERED published this 19th June , 1989. The City and. State, agree as follows: 1. All escrow fees and any title insurance premiums, if title insurance is desired by the City,, 'shall be paid by the City:. 5. The State wall reserve all mineral deposits, as defined in Section 6407 of the Public Resources Code, below a d'ept,h.of 500-feet without surface right of entry. 6. The Quitclaim Deed, to the City will be subject to,the express condition .subsequent that the property Conveyed herein shall revert to the State of California.f the use is for 'other than governmental purposes. 7.
