AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17.28 OF THE PETALUMA
MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 17.28.150 THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1.17.28.150 Fees Required:
If the payment of a fee is required, such payment shall be made
directly to the school district involved before the building permit
is issued and a receipt indicating said payment presented to the City.
INTRODUCED and ordered posted/published this 14th day of
November, 1988.
