AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A LEASE OF
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE
PETALUMA MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMPLEX
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Council of the City of Petaluma as follows:
Section 1. Certain real property located within the Petaluma Municipal
Airport complex in
the City of
Petaluma,
County of Sonoma, State of
California is hereby
authorized to
be leased under the terms and conditions
set forth in the Lease
by and between the
City of Petaluma and Peter G.
Pfendler which Lease is attached
hereto as
Exhibit "A" and incorporated
herein by reference
and the City
Manager is
hereby authorized to sign said
Lease which is for
the use of said property
for a private aircraft storage
hangar.
Section 2. The City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to publish
this ordinance for the period and in the manner as required by the City
Charter.

entitled Exhibit "A" Airport Property . Map, on file with the City of Petaluma.
Further described as follows
Beginning at a 1/2" i ron -pipe, tagged RCE 1.1226 located at the most -north-
westerly corner of Parcel '!A" :as shown upon said map. Thence N 350 20'55" E
437.88 feet to a point on the westerly boundary of Parcel "B" as shown upon
