30 Board of Supervisors and the Petaluma City Council, independently of each other, to re-
31 hear the 11th Amended Agreement issue (Amendment 11). ..,

43 Vice Mayor Cader=Thompson announced an event the S'ea Scouts scheduled to raise
_4.4 money for the family of 1Nayne Kipp,, former Harbor Master, who was murdered in
4,5~ December 2.0.00... She also announced the; dates of the Redwood Empire Gymnastics'
46 group upcoming competition.

2 Council .Member Moynihan announced the upcoming Traffic Committee: Meeting. and
3 location and asked that the Council Meeting be adjourned in memory of Joanne Ricc,
4 who had recently passed away.

6 .Mayor Thompson announced that the meeting would also be adjourned in memory of
7 Martha Matson, Supervisor Mike Kerns' mother-in=law, who had recently passed away.

27 Council discussion ensued followed. by di"rection to City Management to respond to the
28 March 20, 2001. letter from the County of Sonoma regarding Sonoma Mountain Road;
29 requesting clarification and opportunity for discussion.

31 Council also directed City Management to prepare the following documents, with
32 appropriate resolutions, for Council consideration and action:

34 (1) Findings for the certification of the Finaf EIR;
35
36 (2) General Plan text and land use map amendments, as recommended for re~ision~ by
37 the Planning Commission incorporating the designation of Open Space Park for the
38 Lafferty Ranch site;
39
40 (3) The final Lafferty Ranch Park Management Plan, based on the No Grazing
41 Alternative;
42
43 (4) The Mitigation Monitoring Plan for Lafferty Ranch Park, and
44
45 (5) CEQA findings of fact and statement of overriding considerations.

1 The Council requested that City Management provide: it with informationrelating fo the
2 costs of the. proposed project. as soon as available-..The Council consideration of the
3 matter was continued to a later date, estimated as elate June ,2001 :(notice will be
4 provided to'interested parties).
