Council Members Healy; Maguire 9 Moynihan, O'Brien, Mayor Thompson, and Council Member Torliatt 10 11 Absent: None 12 13 PLEDGE. OF ALLEGIANCE 14 15 At the request of Mayor Thompson, J.im Carr led the Pledge: of Allegiance. 16 17 PUBLIC COMMENT 18 1:9 The following members of the public spoke during Public Comment on ;the '..issues. 20 stated: 21 22 Bill Hammerman, 929 Pepperwood Lane, regarding. FNET and the A.T:&T. review,. 23 24 Terence Garvey, 83 Maria Drive,. regarding the water-recycling facility. ~•. 25 " ,. 26 Jane Hamilton, 110 "G" Street, asked that Council, state their position regarding Lafferty 27 Ranch Park before the public during the public hearing portion of the meeting.. 28 29 David Keller, 1327 "I'" Street; announced. meeting dates and -times for both tte_,Cou,nty 30 Board of Supervisors and the Petaluma City Council, independently of each other, to re- 31 hear the 11th Amended Agreement issue (Amendment 11). .., 32 _ 33 .COUNCIL COMMENT - - ~34 _ 35 Council Member Torlatt asked the Chair to keep the. public hearing-open until: after the 36 second meeting.took,place. 37 - 38 The Council members concurred. 39 - 4.0 Council Member Healy stated the public would have an opportunity to speak whether it 4'1 was under public comment or at a continuation of the. public hearing.. ;~ 42 43 Vice Mayor Cader=Thompson announced an event the S'ea Scouts scheduled to raise _4.4 money for the family of 1Nayne Kipp,, former Harbor Master, who was murdered in 4,5~ December 2.0.00... She also announced the; dates of the Redwood Empire Gymnastics' 46 group upcoming competition.
