HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2005-090 N.C.S. 06/20/2005 Resolution No. 2005-090 N.C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF THE PEOPLE SERVICES CENTER/COTS BUILDING RE-ROOF PROJECT P202101 LOCATED AT 1.500 PETALUMA BOULEVARD SOUTH WHEREAS, on February 28, 2005, the City Council awarded to Acker & Guerrero Roofing Company, Inc., the construction contract for the People Services Center/COTS Building Re-Roof Project P202101; and, WHEREAS, Acker & Guerrero Roofing Company, Inc. has completed all the work to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Petaluma, California, that the project is hereby accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Petaluma authorizes the City Clerk to sign the Notice of Completion and file same with Sonoma County Recorder, and that the Administrative Services Department is hereby authorized to release the ten percent (10%) retention to Acker & Guerrero Roofing Company, Inc. within sixty (60) after acceptance of the project. Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
