P. 1984 Accumulative Supplement to the Uniform Building Codes as the same is adopted and published by the International Conference of Building Officials. All references to permit fees within items A through O above are hereby deleted. The permit fees shall be fixed by the Fee Schedule adopted by the City Council by Resolution. This Ordinance supercedes and makes void Petaluma Ordinance 1603. Section 2. Severabilty Clause. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such. decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this Ordinance. The; City Council declares that it would 'have passed this Ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective Ord. 1703 1dCS 5 of 6 _ • * , of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional.
