AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT KENTUCKY STREET AND FOURTH STREET, IN THE
CITY OF PETALUMA (A.P. Nos. 8-051-10 and 8-052-02)
EXPANSION OF "A" STREET PARKING LOT
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Petaluma as follows:
Section 1. The real property shown on the attached Exhibit A is
authorized to be purchased pursuant to the terms and conditions of the
offer as outlined in the attached letter dated February 5, 1985 from the
City Manager and the acceptance of said offer as outlined in the attached
letter dated February 13, 1985, from the Historic Restoration and
Development Company. Item 3 of the February 13, 1985 letter shall be
amended to read "Buyer and seller shall mutually agree on location of 30
spaces within the lot." The land referred to as being Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 8-051-10 and 8-05.2-02 is situate in the City of Petaluma, County of
Sonoma, State of California.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to post/publish this
ordinance for the period and in the manner required by the City Charter..

February , 1985.

foot,$59,130/15,175' square.feet of ..land and the land .to be
