RESOLUTION DECLARING VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT TO BE SURPLUS
TO THE CITY'S NEEDS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO DISPOSE OF T>EIE SURPLUS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PETALUMA MUNICIPAL C®DE
WHEREAS, Police and Fire Department staff has identified vehicles and equipment to
no longer be of use to the City; and,
WHEREAS, that the identified vehicles and equipment (Attachment 1) are declared
surplus to the City's needs and no longer required by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby directed to
dispose of the vehicles and equipment as he deems appropriate in the manner and in accordance
with provisions of Chapter 3.12 of the Petaluma Municipal Code.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
REFERENCE: I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was introduced and adopted by the Approved as to
Council of the City of Petaluma at a (Regular) (Adjourned) (Special) meeting form
