AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
WATER LINE EASEMENT LOCATED AT
LAKEVILLE STREET - LANDS OF TURRINI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA as
follows:
Section l: The easement described below is hereby authorized to be
purchased at a total price of Seven thousand four hundred forty six and
no/100 dollars ($7,446.00), plus costs. The land referred to as being
Assessor's Parcel #5-060-30 is situate in the City of Petaluma, County of
Sonoma, State of California.
10' WIDE WATER MAIN EASEMENT
OVER THE LANDS OF TURRINI
Lying in Petaluma Rancho, Township 5 North, Range 7 West, Mount Diablo
Base and Meridian, and being a portion of that parcel of land described in
Deed recorded in Book 759 of Official Records, Page 6, Sonoma County
Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point marked by an iron pipe on the Southerly line of the
Lakeville Highway, said point being South 860 28' 50" East 500.00 feet
distant from the intersection of the Southerly line of said highway with the
Westerly line of the Lakeville annexation 1963, recorded in Book 100 of Maps
at Page 30, Sonoma County Records; thence from said point of beginning
South 00 05' 40" West, 364.12 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of the
Northwestern Pacific Railroad; thence along said right-of-way line North 771
22' 30" West 10.23 feet; thence North 0° 05' 40" East 362.50 feet, to the
Southerly line of Lakeville Highway; thence along said southerly line of.
Lakeville Highway South 860 28' 50" East 10.00 feet to the point of
beginning.

Containing 3628 square more or less.
Temporary Construction Easement. A temporary construction easement 50.00
feet in width lying and being adjacent to and westerly of the aforementioned
right-of-way acquisition. This easement shall expire on

Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to post/publish this
ordinance for the period and in the manner required by the City Charter.
INTRODUCED and ordered posted this 17th day of December, 1984.
