Refreshments were provided. ROLL CALL - 9:00 a.m. PRESENT: Council Members Cader-Thompson, Healy, Keller, Maguire; Mayor Thompson; Vice Mayor Torliatt ABSENT: Council Member Hamilton PRESENTATION/PROCLAMATIONS 1. HISTORIC "D" STREET BRIDGE REDEDICATION • Ribbon-Cutting • Presentation of Proclamations Unveiling of Rededication Plaque • Open House Tour of the Bridge House Mayor Thompson read, presented proclamations, and acknowledged the efforts of all contributing to the successful renovations to the "D" Street Bridge, which included Susan Lackie of the Public Facilities and Services/Engineering Department, Fred Chapman of the Water Resources and Conservation Department, Mike Kim of Caltrans Department of Structures, Thor Larson of URS Greiner of Roseville, California, the Project Consulting Engineering firm, and John Boise and Ed Reynolds of Parnum Paving of Windsor, California, the Project Contractor, and presented the rededication plaque.
