RESOLUTION AWARDING HO .SING ALLOTMENTS //I ' / - 7------- D C UNC I LMA►, / / W And SECONDED INTRODUCED BY O BY COUNCILMAN .. At A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Petaluma on the 5th day of February , 1973. Subdivision) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to its policy, this Council awards housing allotments in the amounts as stated to the following : Eastside Mutli-Family : Qantas Development Corp. 100 units Norman Johnson 25 units Eastside Single-Family: Westland Development Corp. 100 units Wes Bailey 25 units Westside Multi-Family : Lyle D. Hood 8 units Camille Enterprises 51 units Westside Single-Family: Nunn and Dickson 6 units Condiotti Enterprises 100 units J. W. Combs 12 units -,3- ></ BE 911FRTHER RESOLVED that all •otments herein granted are subject to receiving appropriate zoning , approval of subdivision maps, approval of annexation, and the compliance with all applicable rules, regulations , and laws affecting the project. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all applicants shall furnish the City with a building program schedule. Tentative maps shall be filed on or before May 1, 1.973 Construction schedule shall be finalized so as to permit the issuance of building permits after July 1 , 1973 , and actual construction shall commence on or before January 1, 1974 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event an appli- cant does not meet the schedule as set forth in the paragraph above, the Council reserves the right to withdraw its grant of allotment and to pass it to the next ranking applicant. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the grant of an allot- ment is not a waiver of any lawful requirements imposed by rule, regulation, or law. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the purpose of this resolution, a construction year is defined as that 12-month period commencing May 1 , 1973 , and ending April 30 , 1974 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as herein specifi- cally modified, all other resolutions concerned with housing remain in full force and effect and that any transfer of an allotment is subject to Council approval. ** ** ** ** I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Petaluma, on the 5th day of February, 1973 , by the following vote: AYES : Councilmen Brunner, Cavanagh, Jr . , Mattel, Perry, Jr. , and Mayor Putnam.
