Council Chambers
The Petaluma City Council met on this day at 7`00 P.M. in the Council Chambers.
ROLL CALL
Present: Council Members Cader-Thompson, Healy, Keller (7:05 P.M.), Maguire,
Mayor Thompson, and Vice Mayor Torliaft
Absent: None
PUBLIC COMMENT
Geoff Cartwright, 56 Rocca Drive, spoke in opposition to development in the floodplain:
stating that the hydrology maps may not be accurate; the topography was no longer
valid.
Vince Landoff, 12 Cordelia Drive, spoke regarding his concerns about the youth in the
community playing at the Payran Flood .Project site .and asked that the police patrol the
area between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M.
SEMINAR
Council adjourned at 7:10 P.M. for a seminar regarding .updates from the Fair Political
Practices Commission {FPPC), a presentation by John Vergillac, Attorney with the
FPPC %noderated by Petaluma City Attorney Richard Rudnansky.
