The final cost of construction was $138,077.25. The ten (10%) 26 percent retention payment of$13,807.73 is due and payable;to the contractor thirty-five (35) days 27 after the City Clerk records the Notice of Completion with,the Sonoma County Recorder. 28 29 ALTERNATIVES: 30 31 N/A 32 33 CONSEQUENCES OF NOT ACTING: 34 • 35 Delay the release of retention-money to the contractor. ,36 37 ACTION FOLLOWING AUTHORIZATION: 138 39 1.
