City ofPetaluma 35 et al, Sonoma County Superior Court Case 216071. i3 Report out of closed session: There was nothing to report on anticipated litigation. On ia e~cisting litigation the City Council discussed the Press Democrat motion for reconsideration is and authorized the City Attorney to vigorously oppose the motion and unanimously felt that i6 it was not the time to release the requested documents and information. Bert VVills 'Town Administrator of ~2 Windsor, was appointed and selected Chairman. Mr. Freedman zi will relay the recommendations to the City Council in closed session. 22 Ayes: Read, Torliatt, Maguire, Vice Mayor Hamilton, Mayor Hilligoss 23 Noes: None 2a Absent: Keller, Stompe as T'he recommendations will remain confidential until the process has been completed. z6 Attornev General Decision The California Attorney General was faced with the question of a~ a school district's legislative body meeting in closed session to deliberate and decide on a ~a Superintendent. 'The Attorney General opined they could meet in closed session.
