Sh~e also would like to put on a future agenda the subject of basketball 12 hoops in residential areas. 13 Matt Maguire ~ spoke about agendizing for discussion the deregulation of electric 14 utilities. 1s ' PRESEN'I'A"~"ION 16 Pat Parks was~ presented with his 20 year service pin by Mayor Hilligoss and City 1~ Manager John 'Scharer. Pat thanked the city for standing behind him and giving him ~g their support tHrough the years. 19 Mayor Hilligoss presented the Petaluma Chicks Basketball team with a Proclamation 2o and plaque to take with them when they visit Oaklahoma City. 21 Mayor Hilligoss presented Mary Stompe and Matt Maguire with plaques naming them 22 Rear Admirals of the Petaluma Navy. 23 ~ MINUTES 24 The minutes of June 19, 1995 were approved as submitted. 25 The following I items were approved in one motion.
