Jim Parker speaking as the developer agreed to route 1~ construction vehicle traffic into. the subdivision through Western Avenue and 12 winterize that access, agreed not to open escrow on home number 41 and others 13 until the road is completed. The subcommittee will develop its recommendation prior to the October ~ 16 Council meeting.
