OFFICE RELOCATION _
The Assistant City. Manager/Acting Parks" and Recreation Director presented a
drawing of the space needs for the Recreation Department staff as they
envision use of 1,400 square feet of Lucchesi Community Center upon its
completion. It was moved by John Balshaw, seconded by Michael Davis to
approve';the staff •recommendation. , ,~ ~ . '

MARINA REZONE
`~~ Introduce Ord: 1713 •`NCS rezoning the :Petaluma Marina (.vicinity of
Shollenberger .Park) to Planned -Community District. This+2.7.42 acre site
is planned for a marina with offices, commercial retail :and a hotel.
- Larry, Coombs spoke on behalf: of Marina Office Park Associates.. There
was some discussion about placement of. the rowing club.~~skull storage
facility. Mr. Coombs advised that some rowing skulls are as long as 100
feet and accommodating that size boat could create problems; however,
they will work with the rowing club on this question. The• question of
public showers was.' raised.. The City 'Manager 'advised that current
>pians .which- we're approved. by Boating, and•~ Waterways do not ~ include
