~I'I'Y COUNCIL COMMENTS -Vice Mayor Lynn Woolsey express her deep
concern about the press quoting the City's representatives in print causing the
reader to make a mistaken inference that whatever the news article says is a fact, yet
the matter may not, be a fait accompli. In addition, such premature reporting may
very well be the cause of any ongoing negotiations orplans to fall apart.
Vice Mayor Woolsey- noted that :residents of Jess Avenue have asked that the City
fence the river edge-as a.safety measure.
Vice Mayor Woolsey asked if there is a reason why we do not invest in local banks
such as Bank of Petaluma.
